By entering a device’s serial number this facility allows you to check if it is insured with iBroker or not. However, the serial number must be entered exactly the same as it was originally entered or it will not be recognised. For example, sometimes the letter “O” can be recorded as the number “0”, or the letter “I” can be recorded as the number “1” or the letter “L”.
